At Berg & Berg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
